From the first phone call to B and H Storm Shelters, we were impressed with Brandon. He sounded like he knew what he was talking about when explaining Family Safe products. Definitely a different experience from other companies we contacted. In person, Brandon showed us all the features of Family Safe Shelters. He listened to, and answered, all our questions and concerns. Due to construction delays, we needed to postpone delivery. Brandon was very patient and understanding. He kept in contact, without being pushy or annoying. Delivery was on time and installation was perfect. They were very careful not to hit any structures. They placed the safe right on the mark. They also cleaned up after themselves. B and H Storm Shelters is a wonderful, caring, family company. We definitely are highly recommending them to all our friends and neighbors.
