Highly Recommend!!!

Brandon is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. B&H installed my tornado shelter on time exactly where I wanted it in Georgetown kentucky. One fact is the shelter is the best made out there which is very important. But even more importantly is how it is fastened. Because if it is not fastened correctly the tornado is going to take it. B&H uses Hilti bolts and their tools. Couldn’t ask for more. My family is safe now.

B&H Storm Shelters is Simply the Best!!!!

My husband and I live in Ohio and have been considering the purchase of a storm shelter after we had a tornado take out part of our home. As you can imagine my fear in the event of a tornado is NOT rational. The other consideration and key driver to this purchase is that over the last number of years Ohio has experienced an alarming increase in the number of tornadoes. Because of these concerns it was imperative that we feel safe when placing our family in what could possibly be a life saving shelter. While researching for top-rated storm shelters it was equally important to research and find an expert in the installation of the shelter. After a great deal of research on both the shelter and installation we always went back to B and H Storm Shelters out of TN. We sent Brandon of B and H Storm Shelters an email asking if he installed in Ohio and when we could meet with him. Brandon immediately responded with a date and time to meet the following day. He was so knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions about the shelter and the installation process. Brandon met every single date that he promised and was professional from the first conversation we had with him through the completion of the installation. Brandon took time to explain are options, how the shelter is installed, when he would place the order, when it would arrive at his warehouse, and when he would arrive at our home in Ohio to install the shelter. Brandon and his team were respectful, courteous and genuinely cared about us and understood the importance of our need to keep our family as safe as possible in the event of a tornado. I believe anyone that may be considering a storm shelter will not be disappointed with the service they receive from Brandon and his team. Brandon was true to his word throughout the process. From the first phone call to B and H Storm Shelters, we were impressed with Brandon. He sounded like he knew what he was talking about when explaining Family Safe products. Definitely a different experience from other companies we contacted. In person, Brandon showed us all the features of Family Safe Shelters. He listened to, and answered, all our questions and concerns. Due to construction delays, we needed to postpone delivery. Brandon was very patient and understanding. He kept in contact, without being pushy or annoying. Delivery was on time and installation was perfect. They were very careful not to hit any structures. They placed the safe right on the mark.
