I received a FEMA grant in Ohio for a storm shelter. After weeks of researching and struggling to find a company to that would deliver and install in Ohio, I came across B and H. Other companies wanted to charge delivery and install fees based on mileage from my residence ($2000+). I called B and H and spoke with Brandon and he took it from there. What separates B and H from the other companies is the outstanding communication and ease to work with. I told Brandon what I wanted and he knew all the requirements to qualify for a FEMA grant. Brandon sent me the drawings and everything needed to acquire a permit. Install was great, painless and he took the time to answer all my questions.
